From plot to handover
A typical new build runs through site set-up and groundworks, foundations and drainage, superstructure and roof, first fix services, plastering, second fix, kitchens and bathrooms, and external works. We give you a clear programme and keep you updated at every stage.
Planning, Building Regulations and warranties
New homes need full planning permission and Building Regulations approval. Most mortgage lenders also require a structural warranty on a new home. We work alongside your chosen warranty provider and their inspectors throughout the build.
