What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of project and your message. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote, and, if you go ahead, to carry out and manage your project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your details for marketing. Enquiries are delivered by email through our website hosting and email providers. If you become a client, we may share relevant details with people involved in your project, such as architects, engineers, Building Control or party wall surveyors.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the project, guarantees, insurance and our legal and tax obligations.
